Dix.Hite provided overall visioning services for this waterfront urban resort hotel which is a favorite for meetings, conferences, and staycations. The master plan identified projects to maximize return on investments while enhancing the guest areas. Phase one was completed in fall 2019 consisting of the main pool amenity which takes advantage of views of the city skyline and Coronado Bridge. State water quality requirements were met through low flow irrigation, native plants, artificial turf, rock panels, and two water quality basins. The original pool received new deck treatment and flexible use zones to take advantage of the waterfront setting.
