The Lakeside Village at Crosswater community hosts over 37,000 SF of combined retail space with a 47,000 SF grocery store in the heart and center. Dix.Hite provided landscape architecture, public-realm design, and color studio services for the retail development, including green infrastructure design within the parking and open spaces. Dix.Hite also provided site planning and hardscape and landscape design for the associated multi-family development and amenities, including a lakeside pool, hammock grove, dog park, and courtyard gardens.
