Johan Bueno has been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect

We are thrilled to announce that Johan Bueno has been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect and is the new Mimosa Studio Lead! Johan has more than a decade of experience shaping vibrant, sustainable spaces, and has been a part of our team since 2015.

A proud graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Johan has led a variety of projects for Dix.Hite, including FDOT transportation corridors, multi-family developments, streetscape design projects, mixed-use communities, and stormwater parks. As a natural leader, he leads the firm's Mimosa Studio, working closely with his team to design spaces that enrich both the environment and the communities they serve.

Beyond design, Johan is a true creative—whether he’s capturing the world through his camera lens, debating classic films, or exploring the possibilities of 3D-printed dog toys. His passion for innovation and mentorship continues to inspire us all.
